Located off of Stonefield Drive, Recreation Center #3 has large windows on all sides and side doors that open out onto a brick patio equipped with two small picnic tables.
The center has a full kitchen and is also equipped with tables and chairs. It is the perfect place for events that flow easily from indoors to outdoors.
The recreation center property has a tennis court, multi-purpose court, and a swimming pool. The horseshoe shaped driveway was designed for easy pick up and drop offs or loading and unloading of supplies and equipment.
Capacity: 150 standing, 110 seated and 80 seated with tables and chairs.

*All tables and chairs provided by the Association are to remain inside of the building and cannot be transferred among recreation centers. Users are welcome to rent equipment from a private vendor for use in the buildings.
This is a 'Non Smoking' facility. Residents and guests are asked to smoke 50 feet from building.
Rental rates:
Weekday Rates
Monday-Thursday $20 per hour
Friday (before 6PM) $20 per hour
Weekend Rates:
Saturday- Sunday (before 6pm) $30 per hour, 2 hour minimum
Friday- Sunday (After 6pm) $40 per hour, 3 hour minimum
Inspection Fee $50 per use
Security Deposit $200 (this is refundable)
