The Little Rocky Run recreation centers serve as the primary meeting location for the Board of Trustees, Committees of the Association and Association events and activities.  The recreation centers are also available for use by members for private parties, classes, and more.   Rental Agreement Form

Fees
Security Deposit*
A refundable security deposit* of $200.00 is due from all recreation center users.  Security deposits are refunded to resident, in check form, approximately 3 weeks after the return of the facility key and recreation center check list.

Inspection Fee*
A non-refundable inspection fee of $50.00 is due from all recreation center users.* *

20% of class fees for "for profit" recurring classes, workshops, seminars, etc.

* A full refund of a security deposit depends on the manner in which the rented recreation center was left.  Should additional cleaning be in order, including the removal of balloons from the cieling fan, or damages noted during the post-event inspection, all or some of the security deposit may not be returned.

** Certain groups, activities, and organizations are charged different rates or have certain fees waived, please contact the HOA office for more information.

There is no extension of contracted use time for set-up or clean-up.  All users must arrive at agreed stated time and must leave the recreation enter at their designated time and must be out of the parking lot no later than 15 minutes after end of the event.
It is the responsibility of each user to ensure that the facility is left clean and that all personal belongings are removed.  Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the security deposit. 
 

How to Make a Reservation

Step 1: Just call or email the HOA Office to check for availability.  Your reservation can be held for up to ONE WEEK in a pending status.   Pending status means that you have not secured the reservation with the proper payment and a signed rental agreement.  After a week, your pending reservation may be forfeited if another user calls for the same reservation date/time/location.

Step 2:
Return your completed Rental Agreement Contract, security deposit and appropriate rental fees to the HOA Office within one week of the day the reservation was held.
You may pick-up a Rental Agreement Packet, or you may choose to print the Rental Agreement and send to the HOA office.

Step 3: Follow the instructions in your rental agreement packet!

It's important that you remember to:
1) Pick up the key!  Usually business day before your event.  Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. There is a $50 charge if you forget to pick up your key and have to call the emergency number for access to the building.

2) Check the recreation center before and after your event. The Center should be left clean and ready for the next party.  A checklist is provided in your packet or you may print the Recreation Center Checklist form available online.

3) Return the recreation center key and the completed checklist after your event.   Security deposits will be held if the key is not returned.
