Fairfax Village Condominium VI Association, Inc. is a medium-sized neighborhood of garden-style condominiums and townhouses located in the Hillcrest Area of Southeast Washington, D.C. It was constructed in the 1940s and converted into condominiums in 1976. It was FHA-approved in 2023. It consists of 31 two and three-story buildings and townhomes for a total of 136 units, located on 38th Street, V Street, Fort Davis Street, and W Street, Southeast, Washington, D.C. It is the second-largest village among the nine villages that make up the Fairfax Village Community.
