June Jackson, CMCA, AMS, PCAM is President of Summit Management Services, Inc., AAMC. June brings over 20 years' experience in community association management and is acknowledged as an organized and detailed professional manager with a strong record of achievement and leadership. June holds the designation CMCA, Certified Manager of Community Associations, AMS, Association Management Specialist, and in November 2008 joined an elite group of community association managers who have earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from Community Associations Institute. Prior to joining Summit Management June was a Senior Vice President at another community association management firm. June oversees all aspects of the administrative and operational services. June directly supervises Summit Management's team of Community Association Managers. Jim Hess is Chief Financial Officer of Summit Management Services, Inc., AAMC. Jim has over 25 years of experience in real estate, construction and property management in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Prior to joining Summit Management Services, he led the common interest realty association audit division of an accounting firm. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland University College where he completed his Bachelor's degree in Accounting. As CFO of Summit Management, he oversees the operations of the accounting department as well as the financial records for Summit. |
